He was so professional and sweet and the amount of food he made in the amount of time he was there was truly incredible. We had four kiddos there too and everyone was happy. We hired Chef Michael Mansfield for my sister’s 50th birthday celebration, and it was absolutely incredible! The sushi was fresh, beautifully presented, and tasted like something straight out of a high-end restaurant. The hibachi experience was just as amazing — perfectly cooked and full of flavor.
