We hired Chef Michael Mansfield for my sister’s 50th birthday celebration, and it was absolutely incredible! The sushi was fresh, beautifully presented, and tasted like something straight out of a high-end restaurant. The hibachi experience was just as amazing — perfectly cooked and full of flavor.

Chef Michael was professional, friendly, and brought great energy to the event. Everyone was entertained and well-fed, and the birthday girl felt extra special. It was a unique and unforgettable experience.
