Michael S. Mansfield, Executive Chef and Owner of the Mansfield Restaurant Group LLC, is a celebrated chef with an extensive professional and personal legacy in the culinary world. With over 20 years of experience in Michelin-level kitchens, boutique restaurants, and bespoke private dining, Michael has built a career defined by excellence, innovation, and integrity.
Kasey Mansfield - Co-Founder, Business & Marketing Manager, Hochatown Catering Company
Kasey is a native Oklahoman born in Bartlesville Oklahoma and raised in Texas. Kasey has always had a love for bringing people together over great food. She attended the University of North Texas, earning a bachelor’s degree in psychology, but found her true passion in hospitality. As the co-founder and business/marketing manager of Hochatown Catering Company, she works alongside her husband, Chef Michael Mansfield, to create unique and memorable dining experiences. Now, as they make the move back from Texas to Oklahoma with their three kids, Kasey is excited to help bring elevated, chef-driven events to the Hochatown and Broken Bow area!
