Michael’s career began at the Culinary Institute of America, where he honed his skills under the guidance of some of the world’s best chefs. His most formative years were spent at the legendary French Laundry, where he worked for over 16 years alongside Thomas Keller, mastering the art of refined, innovative cuisine.


Michael holds an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Business Management from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America (NY and San Antonio). His professional certifications include:
